For jewelry and luxury company we select a EMEA/Americas Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed the given sales tragets per territory of responsibility.
- Full Responsibility of account's P&L, budgets and Sales growth.
- Overseeing and coordinatingall sales activities for all Regions of responsibility,while reviewing performance with Management on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Tracking buiness status monthly and quarterlyfor the year, preparing sales budgets and projections for following months/year with allPartners, as well as internally.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics basedon key quantitative metrics to create a healthy data driven business (sell-out).
- Customer Service/Problem Solving: handlingand resolving customer requests regarding a product or service.
- Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining relationshipswith key clients, by visiting all of them atleast once a year.
- Arrange and execute local staff training at least once a year with all Partners, linked toprograms that ensure products sell-out.
- Develop trade marketing strategies alongwith Partners aligned with the brand strategy and liasie daily with the Trade Marketing Coordinator to ensurere quests are fulfilled in due time and implemented, as per the client'sagreed deadine.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings at allrelevant trade shows.
- Have a proactive mindset with all markets, and take initiatives whenever you identify an opportunity for business development.
- Identifying markets/new accounts to find new sales opportunities.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements:
- English and Italian advanced. Fluent Spanish as a plus.
- Advanced Level Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office.
- Significant previous experience working in the EMEA and Americas markets within a luxury / fashion company.
- Deep understanding and awareness of wholesale and retail business, customer demand and competitors within the industry.
- Experience in increasing turnover and profitability in previous roels, by applying all necessary measurements (proven tracks).
- Availability to travel in the EMEA/Americas regularly (c.a. 80%).
