Orienta SPA, ricerca, per importante azienda operante nel settore ascensoristico, un/una Service Planner.

La risorsa si occuperà della pianificazione e gestione degli interventi tecnici sul territorio, coordinando i tecnici per installazioni, manutenzioni programmate e interventi su guasto, oltre alla gestione di priorità, urgenze e ripianificazioni. Sarà il punto di raccordo tra clienti, tecnici e ufficio operativo.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in mansioni analoghe in ambito tecnico/impiantistico
• Buona conoscenza di Excel e strumenti gestionali
• Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità
• Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione delle urgenze
• Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Predisposizione al lavoro in team e al coordinamento operativo

Si offre contratto iniziale a tempo determinato scopo assunzione a tempo indeterminato; prevista 13° mensilità
