Orienta spa, società Benefit, is looking for a Production Team Leader to join our client manufacturing site in Durrës.

What you'll do:

• Lead and coordinate production line teams
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time execution of production activities
• Guarantee correct setup and safe operation of machinery and tools
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving with the Manufacturing Manager
• Analyze production data to boost performance
• Collaborate with the Quality team to manage non-conformities and secure product standards
• Contribute to team development together with Manufacturing and HR

What we're looking for:

• Experience in manual and semi-automatic assembly processes
• Strong mechanical and basic maintenance knowledge
• Familiarity with JIT methodologies (5S, One Piece Flow, Kanban)
• Ability to read production KPIs and quality metrics
• Skills in machine setup and safe start-up
• English required; Italian is an advantage
