La risorsa verrà inserita in ufficio IT e si occuperà di:
- assistenza ai clienti da remoto
- gestione dei ticket
- risoluzione problematiche software e hardware
REQUISITI:
- diploma in ambito informatico o affine
- buone capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente
- esperienza minima nella mansione
Si offre:

- orario: 9:00-12:30 e 13:30-17:00 / 9:30-13:30 e 15:00-19:00 Lun-Ven, 9:00-13:30 e 14:30-18:30 Sab (saltuariamente)
