HR Talent Acquisition Specialist
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio Gestione Risorse Umane dove a diretto riporto dell'HR Manager, affiancherà il team nelle attività di ricerca e selezione di profili sanitari e in staff.
Il profilo ricercato si occuperà principalmente della gestione del processo di selezione tra cui:
- job analysis
- pubblicazione annunci
- screening cv e colloqui
- ricercare e selezionare profili sanitari e di staff;
- attivare i canali di recruiting specializzati;
- creare e gestire data base dei candidati
Completano il profilo i seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in discipline Umanistiche;
- esperienza di 1/2 anni nel recruiting nel settore sanitario o in contesti similari;
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office;
- buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
- spiccate doti comunicative, ascolto attivo e negoziazione;
- ottime capacità relazionali;
- proattività e velocità nella gestione delle richieste urgenti;
- predisposizione al lavoro in team
Ral e tipologia contrattuale verranno valutati in sede di colloquio.
Previsti ticket restaurant da 7euro.
Orario di lavoro: full time 36h, lunedì venerdì 9.00 / 18.00
Luogo di lavoro: Milano (zona Amendola M1)
