Orienta S.p.A., Società benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano, un SOFTWARE DEVELOPER JUNIOR.
La risorsa si occuperà del programma di gestione delle risorse umane e del gestionale paghe, svolgendo le seguenti attività:

• Raccogliere segnalazioni di anomalie e presentarle alla Software House.
• Fornire consulenza e assistenza ai clienti che utilizzano il Gestionale HR.
• Utilizzare una serie di strumenti di sviluppo per rendere intuitivi processi e sistemi.

Requisiti:

• Diploma di scuola superiore e/o laurea triennale in materie informatiche.
• Spiccate capacità di problem solving e approccio fortemente analitico.
• Spiccata attenzione per i dettagli e impegno costante in termini di precisione.
• Conoscenza dei programmi Office e dei linguaggi di programmazione Java, .NET, Python, C#, CSS, JavaScript, HTML.
• Buona conoscenza del tedesco.

Orienta S.p.A., eine Sozialorganisation mit einer Niederlassung in Bozen, sucht im Auftrag eines Kundenunternehmens in Bozen einen SOFTWARE DEVELOPER JUNIOR.
Die gesuchte Person wird sich um das Programm zur Verwaltung der Personalressourcen und das Gehaltsabrechnungssystem kümmern und dabei folgende Aufgaben ausführen:

• Erfassung von Anomalie-Meldungen und Präsentation bei der Softwarefirma.
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden, die das HR-Management-System nutzen.
• Verwendung einer Reihe von Entwicklungstools, um Prozesse und Systeme benutzerfreundlich zu gestalten.

Anforderungen:

• Abitur und/oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatikfächern.
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Problemlösen und stark analytischer Ansatz.
• Ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und konstantes Engagement für Präzision.
• Kenntnisse in den Office-Programmen und den Programmiersprachen Java, .NET, Python, C#, CSS, JavaScript, HTML.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch.
